To disrupt the mundane experience, an interactive questionnaire table was created to guide consumers to their most suitable mobile plan. This experience is also a natural lead-in to conversations with store reps.
Drawing inspiration from the classic game boards, Pixel Planet invites customers to explore regions, make choices and follow a path to a plan.
The end dial reveals a Persona animation. The corresponding QR code directs consumers to a mobile landing page where they can learn more about their recommended plan and explore other personas.
Training materials are created for the sales rep to get acquainted with the game table and the recommendation plan that goes along with each Persona outcome.
